In an article, I called for the establishment of an organization -- the United Nations Government Organization -- an alternative organization to the current United Nations Organization, which for 70 years has failed miserably to prevent wars -- over these 70 years, more than 260 have occurred -- and to fight poverty -- as one third of the world's population suffers from poverty.

We call for the cessation of all forms of armed conflicts and wars and the serious fight against poverty between nations and destitution among peoples.

The new international order consists of a leadership council of the major States, which possess weapons of mass destruction or have a population exceeding 100 million. These States are representative bodies elected from their peoples, which are responsible for the new international order.

The countries nominated to join the Leadership Council are the United States of America, the Federal Russia, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, India, China, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Israel and others; The tasks of the member States of the Leadership Council will be to combat poverty in the member States of the new organization and to stop wars between the member States of the new organization.

The current international order was failing with distinction and must be changed by a just, equitable and effective alternative international order so that the nations would enjoy freedom and people's pleasure in living well; And Hamdallah is the Lord of the two worlds.
